I really liked the color options overall. I mostly remember being happy with the ones I picked, though I do wish there had been a few more shades to choose from

It’s nice enough and all, I did like it, but in my small room it was kind of a lot bigger feeling than I thought. Not bad, just check your space first maybe, because it can look too much in a little room.

I mainly bought this because I was hoping the covers wouldn’t be a hassle, and thankfully, they’re not. They zip off really fast, and after a juice spill I threw them in the wash with no drama. Getting them back on was simple too — which is a huge win when you’ve got kids running around...

I wasn’t totally sure we needed to get this at first, but I’m glad we did. The kids keep coming up with new games to play with it every day, so it’s definitely getting used a lot more than I expected.

I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged support and figured it would take forever because that’s usually how these things go. But they got back to me the same day, explained what was happening, and got it sorted without making me go through a bunch of annoying back and forth. I ordered from playsmol the comfort is decent. It’s soft and easy to wear for a while, so I don’t really have any major complaints there. The support is where it feels a bit average though. It’s not terrible, but after using it for a few days, I was expecting a little more firmness. I also reached out with a question and got one of those canned apology responses, which is always frustrating because it doesn’t really feel like anyone is actually listening. Overall, it’s okay for the price, but I wouldn’t call it perfect

I don’t know, the site just feels kind of messy to me. Like there’s a lot going on, and the colors don’t really work together. It almost gives off a cheap sort of look, which makes it not that enjoyable to browse.

I contacted Play Smol about getting a refund after I was charged for something I didn’t really plan on keeping active. i was a bit unsure at first because the response wasn’t immediate, and in that situation it’s easy to start wondering if it’s going to be a hassle.

To be fair, support did get back to me and checked everything before issuing the refund. It took a few days, so if you need something sorted instantly it might feel a little slow, but in my case it was resolved properly in the end. Not perfect, but good enough for 4 stars from me.
